We seek to bring authentic Latin sabores to you and show our culture’s immense diversity. We are partnering with the incredible farmers, cooks and pastry chefs in Latin America to share what they have created over centuries.
Our first product is the Cuñape - a crunchy cassava cheese snack from Bolivia. Derived from grass-fed dairy, the Cuñape is made with simple and quality ingredients (the ones you can pronounce), contains no preservatives or added sugars, and is considered a horneado, which means it is 100% baked - no frying ever!
